Beagle vs Burger King

Up next…

This week Marty and Rocko got to try something new. The boys are very familiar with McDonalds, but they have never tried Burger King. Mimi and the boys set off to the closest BK and took a few minutes to look at the menu before ordering. They ended up ordering a Whopper, nuggets, French fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. Let’s see how Burger King holds up against other fast-food restaurants.

The Review

First up, the boys decide to try the only entree they ordered, the Whopper. Both Marty and Rocko thought that the burger had really great flavor compared to the McDonalds burger, but they were not a huge fan of the large pieces of onions on the burger. Due to this, they decided to rate the whopper an 8/10. Next up they tried the chicken nuggets, which are one of their favorite foods. Marty gave the nuggets a 7/10 while Rocko gave them a 5.5/10. Both boys agreed that the flavor of the nuggets was very bland, but Rocko rated them even lower due to the rough texture which hurt his teeth. After the nuggets, the boys decided to give the French fries a try. The boys had high hopes with the French fries because how do you mess up fries right. Well, the fries they received were cold as well as significantly over salted which led them to give the fries a 4/10. After that disappointment, they were a little hesitant to try the onion rings, but they persevered. Marty and Rocko were both pleasantly surprised by the onion rings. Even though neither of the boys like onions, the onion rings did not have a significant onion flavor, which led them to give a 7/10 rating. Finally, the boys finished their review with the mozzarella sticks. The cheese was not really flavorful, but the cheese pull was really nice. Both Marty and Rocko decided to give the mozzarella sticks a 6/10 to finish their review.

Overall, the boys collectively decided to give Burger King a 6.5/10. This rating was due to the lack of multitude of reasons including flavor and temperature of their food. They also had to wait for almost ten minutes for their food, which made them assume it was going to be fresh, but they were mistaken.
