Will it be a 10/10…
This week Marty and Rocko decided to take on Chick-fil-a. They looked over the menu thoroughly, with the help of their Mimi, and decided on what they wanted to try this week. They landed on ordering the original chicken sandwich with pickles, an eight-piece nugget, waffle fries, mac & cheese, and a cobb salad.
The Review
The boys decided to dive into their review by trying the original chicken sandwich first. Both boys decided to give the sandwich an 8/10. The chicken and bun were both spectacular, but the acidity from the pickles was not very desirable in their opinion. Next, they decided to try the nuggets, which both boys gave a 10/10. The flavor was delicious, and the chicken itself was very crispy and juicy. The chicken nuggets set a very high standard for the rest of this review; next they tried the waffle fries. Marty gave the fries a 9/10 while Rocko gave them an 8/10. Marty really enjoyed the flavor and saltiness of the fried while Rocko also found them delicious, but a little rough on his bad teeth. The mac & cheese from Chick- fil-a was the first mac they have ever tried, so this was a highly anticipated rating. Both boys gave it a 7/10 because they really enjoyed the cheesy flavor, but it was rough on their stomachs. Finally, the boys tried the cobb salad. Marty gave it a 5/10 because he did like the chicken and eggs, but he’s not a huge fan of veggies. Rocko gave it a 4/10 because the only thing he enjoyed from it was the chicken.
Overall, the boys think that Chick-fil-a has amazing food and even better customer service! They both agreed that Chick-fil-a deserves a 9.2/10. The majority of the food was absolutely delicious, but the salad fell short of their expectations and taste buds. The spectacular customer service made up for that slight failure and overall, they had a great experience.
